These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pkuck ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the pkuck website at pkuck.io and all associated services, features, content, games, betting markets, and payment facilities made available through it.

By completing the account registration process, logging into an existing pkuck account, depositing funds, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise making use of any feature of the pkuck platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms without modification or qualification.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If you access the pkuck platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms and that the person or entity also meets all eligibility requirements.

These Terms should be read alongside the pkuck Privacy Policy and the pkuck Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkuck.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with pkuck, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pkuck reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account pending verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of pkuck complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Single account: You may hold only one active pkuck account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period that you yourself have applied to your pkuck account or that has been applied by pkuck following a responsible gaming request.
• Not a pkuck employee: Current employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family members of pkuck and its associated entities are not eligible to hold a betting account or participate in any promotional offer on the platform.

pkuck employs verification processes to confirm eligibility. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request, including providing government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where required.

To access the full range of pkuck services, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkuck account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pkuck strongly recommends enabling any available two-step verification feature to protect your account from unauthorised access.

You must notify pkuck immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pkuck will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials confidential.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided to pkuck during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and reversal of any winnings credited as a result of activity conducted under a fraudulently registered account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pkuck operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its internal compliance standards. You may be required to complete identity verification before making your first withdrawal or at any other time pkuck deems appropriate. Required documents typically include:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and mobile number).

pkuck reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process and to close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pkuck supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by users in Bangladesh:

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank)

4.2 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on pkuck are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). There are no currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your account in BDT, with no deduction for exchange rate margins.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction within the pkuck cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated by pkuck from time to time. Users who have not completed the full KYC verification process may be subject to reduced withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

pkuck aims to process all withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. pkuck is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider or bank after a withdrawal has been dispatched from the pkuck system.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your pkuck account and that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. pkuck reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request it deems unusual or high-risk.

pkuck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the Offers / Promotions page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. pkuck reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus value).
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific games or betting markets. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in void bets and forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met, or combined with other offers unless the offer terms explicitly permit this.
• pkuck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Abuse of Bonuses

pkuck actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, placing offsetting bets specifically to fulfil a rollover requirement with minimal risk, and collusion between accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance and any associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be closed without notice.

All bets placed on pkuck are subject to the pkuck Sportsbook Rules and the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once a confirmation message has been displayed and a bet reference number has been issued. pkuck is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connectivity issues, session timeout, or insufficient account balance at the time the bet was submitted.
• Odds and prices: All quoted odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed on your confirmation receipt, not any odds quoted before confirmation.
• Errors and technical faults: In the event of an obvious error in odds, game results, or bet settlement — including errors caused by system malfunction, data feed failure, or human input error — pkuck reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. pkuck will not be liable for any losses resulting from such errors, and will not be required to honour settlements based on erroneous data.
• Live betting: In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time at pkuck's discretion, including following a significant event in the match or game. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the bet slip. These limits may vary by market, event, and user account tier.
• Void bets: Certain events may result in a bet being declared void and the stake returned. These include, but are not limited to: postponement or cancellation of an event without rescheduling within 72 hours, or settlement of a market that cannot be determined due to incomplete information.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkuck platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account (whether in your own name, under a false identity, or using a third party's identity).
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, including to place bets, access games, or exploit pricing errors.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events the outcome of which you have advance knowledge by virtue of your role in the event.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity to make deposits or place bets on pkuck (money laundering).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the pkuck platform, its servers, or its data infrastructure.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkuck staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, pricing error, or system glitch for financial gain. pkuck reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of such exploitation and to recover any funds withdrawn as a result.

pkuck is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult users. The platform provides a full suite of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, all accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pkuck account.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-off periods: Request a temporary break from the platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the pkuck platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for their stated duration and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkuck platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkuck content without prior written consent.
• Use any pkuck branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest an association with pkuck that does not exist.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the pkuck website for any purpose.
• Commercially exploit any content obtained from or through the pkuck platform.

Any unauthorised use of pkuck intellectual property will result in termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkuck and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkuck platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Loss arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or event data displayed on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused and on any theory of liability.
• Loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkuck's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The pkuck platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkuck makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruption; pkuck will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption but cannot guarantee uptime.

pkuck collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the pkuck Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with pkuck, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, pkuck collects personal data for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and bet settlements.
• Fraud prevention, security monitoring, and responsible gaming enforcement.
• Providing customer support.
• Sending promotional communications where you have given consent to receive them.

pkuck will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the pkuck platform's operating jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with pkuck's customer support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute by arbitration.
